2. The Job Offer must pay the market wages for the position.
3. The job must be a skilled one, classified as either a “Management” position, or under Skill Level “A” or “B” under the National Occupation Classification code;
4. The job is not part time or seasonal; and
5. You have the background and ability to be able to perform the job duties.

The Job Offer must be reviewed and approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, in accordance with the above guidelines.
