Rita Cheng is a member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants, the regulatory body for Immigration Consultants in Canada. For the past eight years, she has handled all aspects of immigration cases, including Independent Skilled Workers, Investor Immigration, Entrepreneur Immigration, Work Permits and Family Sponsorship cases.
Originally from Hong Kong, Rita came to Canada in the early 1990’s as a client of Lowe and Company. As an immigrant herself, she empathizes with our clients who are facing the stress of adjusting to a new country, culture, and lifestyles. Strongly service-oriented with excellent organizational skills, Rita handles our clients’ cases with compassion as well as efficiency. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Rita has handled clients from the USA, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
More recently, Rita represented Lowe and Company at the 2005 American Immigration Lawyers Association Conference in Salt Lake City, where she advised American Immigration attorneys on Canadian Immigration options for their clients. AILA has over 8,000 member attorneys and law professors across the USA, and is one of the most respected organizations in the Immigration field.
